The University of Nebraska – Kearney (UNK) along with The Nebraska Broadcasters Association recently held their annual Digital Expressions Media camp for High School students.  18 campers got an introduction to all kinds of media from Radio and TV to Social Media, online video, podcasts and a lot more during their week at UNK.  NRG Media – Kearney has hosted the camp for several years.  Campers spent time with on-air talent in the studios to learn about what they do and why plus ask as many questions.  Mark Reid, Operations Manager and On-Air Talent and Dallas Nau, Market Manager talked about where radio and media are today and provided a peak into the business side of things as well.

“It is always fun to have curiosity and energy of the potential next generation of broadcasters in our building,” commented Dallas.
