Sam Ramirez is celebrating 20 years at the same radio station this year – he’s the program director and morning host at River Country 101.7 in Dixon, Illinois. In addition to everything he’s doing to support the community right now through his work at the Dixon radio stations, he’s also helping his wife Carie as a guest reader for her kindergarten class. Carie teaches kindergarten at Washington School in Dixon and has been reading books to her students online during the past two weeks of quarantine. On Friday, Sam was the guest reader, offering his rendition of Should I Share My Ice Cream by Mo Willems. He’s pretty good too. Watch the video below.
